If your wrist measures more than 19.5 cm (7.7"), we provide extension links at no extra cost to our customers. Simply contact us, and we’ll include them in your package. For future secondary market purchases, we will still provide the extension links free of charge, but shipping costs will apply.

WRIST SIZE CONSIDERATION

Please note that watches with integrated bracelets tend to wear larger. If your wrist measures less than 15 cm (5.9”), the 369 may look too big, so please consider this before making your purchase.

SHIPPING

We ship all parcels once a week, specifically on Wednesdays. To ensure your order is included in the upcoming shipment, we kindly request that you place your order before Sunday at midnight CET (Central European Time). Orders received after this deadline will be shipped the following week.

CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

If your country requires a Certificate of Origin (CO) for importing goods, an additional fee of £200 will be charged prior to dispatching your timepiece. The Certificate of Origin is issued by the Chamber of Commerce Canton Ticino in Lugano, Switzerland, from where our timepieces are dispatched.
